Changes in your skin such as new, changing, or unusual moles can be easy to miss but important to assess early.
Changes in your skin such as new, changing, or unusual moles can be easy to miss but important to assess early.
Dr Val Miller is now offering skin check appointments as part of a dedicated mini skin check clinic at Arrowtown Medical & Health.
These appointments provide an opportunity for a whole-body skin assessment to identify any visible concerns that may require monitoring, further investigation, or follow up. Where appropriate, dermatoscopic magnification may be used to take a closer look at specific moles or skin lesions.
Skin check appointments are not intended to be comprehensive dermatology assessments. Rather, they offer a practical first stage review, as well as dedicated time to raise any specific skin concerns you may have with your doctor and discuss next steps if needed.
Appointments are charged at our standard GP consultation fee, making this an accessible and proactive way to check in on your skin health.
